(B) 119 3 FEDERAL CONSTITUTION NOTICE UNDER CLAUSE (10) OF ARTICLE 113 TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with Clause (10) of Article 113 of the Federal Constitution, the date of completion of the implementation of the delimitation review of the constituencies of the States of Malaya (including Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and Putrajaya) under section 8 of Part II of the Thirteenth Schedule to the Federal Constitution is the date of submission of the report prepared by the Election Commission to the Prime Minister which is 9 March 2018.
