(A) 8 2 AKTA KASTAM 1967 PERINTAH KASTAM (LARANGAN MENGENAI EKSPORT) (PINDAAN) 2026
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 31(1) Akta Kastam 1967 [Akta 235], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa 1.
(1) Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Kastam (Larangan Mengenai Eksport) (Pindaan) 2026.
(2) Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 15 Januari 2026. Pindaan Jadual Kedua
dipinda dalam Jadual Kedua, berhubung dengan butiran 18—
(a) dalam subbutiran (29), dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan “(PMK glycidic acid)” perkataan “and its ethyl ester, propyl ester, isopropyl ester, butyl ester, isobutyl ester, sec-butyl ester and tert-butyl ester”; dan
(b) dalam ruang (2), dengan memasukkan selepas subbutiran (34) dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengannya dalam ruang (3) subbutiran dan butir-butir yang berikut:

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1) This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Exports) (Amendment) Order 2026.
(2) This Order comes into operation on 15 January 2026. Amendment of Second Schedule 2. The Customs (Prohibition of Exports) Order 2023 [P.U. (A) 122/2023] is amended in the Second Schedule, in relation to item 18—
(a) in subitem
(29), by inserting after the words “(PMK glycidic acid)” the words “and its ethyl ester, propyl ester, isopropyl ester, butyl ester, isobutyl ester, sec-butyl ester and tert-butyl ester”; and
(b) in column (2), by inserting after subitem (34) and the particulars relating to it in column (3) the following subitems and particulars:
