PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 7(1) Akta Mesin Cetak dan Penerbitan 1984 [Akta 301], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama 1. Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Mesin Cetak dan Penerbitan (Kawalan Hasil Penerbitan Tidak Diingini) (No. 7) 2026. Larangan 2. Pencetakan, pengimportan, penghasilan, penghasilan semula, penerbitan, penjualan, pengeluaran, pengelilingan, pengedaran atau pemilikan hasil penerbitan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang mungkin memudaratkan ketenteraman awam dan yang mungkin memudaratkan keselamatan adalah dilarang secara mutlak di seluruh Malaysia.

(A) 79 4 PRINTING PRESSES AND PUBLICATIONS ACT 1984 PRINTING PRESSES AND PUBLICATIONS (CONTROL OF UNDESIRABLE PUBLICATIONS) (NO. 7) ORDER 2026 IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 7(1) of the Printing Presses and Publications Act 1984 [Act 301], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Printing Presses and Publications (Control of Undesirable Publications) (No. 7) Order 2026. Prohibition 2. The printing, importation, production, reproduction, publishing, sale, issue, circulation, distribution or possession of the publication described in the Schedule which is likely to be prejudicial to public order and likely to be prejudicial to security is absolutely prohibited throughout Malaysia.
