(A) 201 2 AKTA KERJA 1955 PERINTAH KERJA (PENGELUAR INSTRUMEN PEMBAYARAN YANG DITETAPKAN YANG DILULUSKAN YANG DIIKTIRAF) 2024
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 25(4) Akta Kerja 1955 [Akta 265], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa 1.
(1) Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Kerja (Pengeluar Instrumen Pembayaran yang Ditetapkan yang Diluluskan yang Diiktiraf) 2024.
(2) Perintah ini hendaklah berkuat kuasa bagi tempoh mulai 1 Ogos 2024 hingga 31 Julai 2027. Tafsiran 2. Dalam Perintah ini, “pengeluar instrumen pembayaran yang ditetapkan yang diluluskan” ertinya pengeluar instrumen pembayaran yang ditetapkan yang diluluskan di bawah Akta Perkhidmatan Kewangan 2013 [Akta 758] atau pengeluar instrumen pembayaran Islam yang ditetapkan yang diluluskan di bawah Akta Perkhidmatan Kewangan Islam 2013 [Akta 759]. (A) 201 4 EMPLOYMENT ACT 1955 EMPLOYMENT (RECOGNIZED APPROVED ISSUER OF A DESIGNATED PAYMENT INSTRUMENT) ORDER 2024 IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 25(4) of the Employment Act 1955 [Act 265], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1. (1) This order may be cited as the Employment (Recognized Approved Issuer of a Designated Payment Instrument) Order 2024. (2) This Order shall have effect for the period from 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2027. Interpretation 2. In this Order, “approved issuer of a designated payment instrument” means an approved issuer of a designated payment instrument under the Financial Services Act 2013 [Act 758] or an approved issuer of a designated Islamic payment instrument under the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 [Act 759]. Recognized approved issuer of a designated payment instrument 3. The approved issuer of a designated payment instrument specified in the Schedule are specified to be recognized approved issuer of a designated payment instrument for the purpose of payment of wages under Part V of the Act subject to such conditions as the Minister thinks fit.
