PROCLAMATION OF EMERGENCY

BY HIS MAJESTY THE YANG DI-PERTUAN AGONG, BY THE GRACE OF ALLAH,

SUPREME HEAD OF THE STATES AND TERRITORIES OF MALAYSIA

WHEREAS by reason of the existence of a grave emergency threatening the security, economic life and public order of a part of the

Federation namely the Parliamentary Constituency of P.185 Batu Sapi, Sabah arising from the epidemic of an infectious disease, namely

Coronavirus

Disease 2019

(COVID-19), the

Proclamation of

Emergency

[P.U.

has been issued by US under Clause (1) of Article 150 of the Federal Constitution on the eighteenth day of November, two thousand twenty:

AND WHEREAS WE are satisfied that the need for the Proclamation of Emergency has ended and an action to revoke the Proclamation of Emergency is required:

AND WHEREAS consistent with Clauses (1) and (3) of Article 150 of the

Federal Constitution WE may revoke a Proclamation of Emergency:

REVOKE the Proclamation of Emergency.
