PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 47(1)

Akta Keselamatan Sosial Pekerjaan Sendiri 2017 [Akta 789], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut:

Peraturan-Peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan

Pengeluaran bagi perbelanjaan bagi tahun 2021 2.

Pengeluaran sejumlah wang yang tidak melebihi lapan juta tiga ratus lapan puluh empat ribu ringgit (RM8,384,000) daripada Kumpulan Wang Keselamatan Sosial

Pekerjaan Sendiri bagi perbelanjaan untuk pentadbiran Skim Keselamatan Sosial

Pekerjaan Sendiri bagi tahun 2021 adalah dengan ini dibenarkan bagi maksud yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual.

SELF-EMPLOYMENT SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 2017

SELF-EMPLOYMENT SOCIAL SECURITY (SUPPLY) REGULATIONS 2021

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 47(1)

of the

Self-Employment Social Security Act 2017 [Act 789], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Self-Employment Social Security

Issue for expenditure for the year 2021 2.

The issue of a sum not exceeding eight million three hundred and eighty-four thousand ringgit (RM8,384,000) from the Self-Employment Social Security Fund for the expenditure on administration of the Self-Employment Social Security Scheme for the year 2021 is hereby authorized for the purposes specified in the Schedule.
