Akta Kumpulan Wang Amanah Negara 1988 [Akta 339] dipinda dalam seksyen 6—
(a)
dalam perenggan (a), dengan memotong perkataan “dan” selepas koma bernoktah di hujung perenggan itu;
(b)
dalam perenggan (b), dengan menggantikan noktah di hujung perenggan itu dengan perkataan “; dan”; dan
(c)
dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan (b) perenggan yang berikut:
“(c)
pemerolehan vaksin dan apa-apa perbelanjaan yang dilakukan berhubung dengan vaksin bagi suatu wabak apa-apa penyakit berjangkit sebagaimana yang dinyatakan di bawah
Akta Pencegahan dan Pengawalan Penyakit Berjangkit 1988
[Akta 342].”.

EMERGENCY (NATIONAL TRUST FUND) (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 2021
An Ordinance promulgated by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong pursuant to Clause (2B)
of Article 150 of the Federal Constitution.
[21 April 2021]
WHEREAS by reason of the existence of a grave emergency threatening the security, economic life and public order of the Federation arising from the epidemic of an infectious disease, namely Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), a Proclamation of Emergency has been issued by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong under Article 150 of the Federal Constitution on the eleventh day of January, two thousand twenty-one:
AND WHEREAS the Yang di-Pertuan Agong is satisfied that immediate action is required to amend the National Trust Fund Act 1988:
IT IS HEREBY PROMULGATED AN ORDINANCE by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong pursuant to Clause (2B) of Article 150 of the Federal Constitution as follows:
Short title and commencement

This ordinance may be cited as the Emergency (National Trust Fund)
(Amendment)
Ordinance 2021.

)
This Ordinance comes into operation on 21 April 2021.
Amendment of section 6
Section 2
The National Trust Fund Act 1988 [Act 339] is amended in section 6—
(a)
in paragraph (a), by deleting the word “and” after the semicolon at the end of the paragraph;

(b)
in paragraph (b), by substituting for the full stop at the end of the paragraph the words “; and”; and
(c)
by inserting after paragraph (b) the following paragraph:
“(c)
the procurement of vaccines and any expenditure incurred in relation to the vaccines for an epidemic of any infectious disease as specified under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases
Act 1988 [Act 342].”.
PROMULGATED at OUR Istana Negara in Kuala Lumpur, the Federal Capital, this fourteenth day of April, two thousand twenty-one.
