SELF-EMPLOYMENT SOCIAL SECURITY (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE)
ORDER 2018
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 84
of the
Self-Employment Social Security Act 2017 [Act 789], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Self-Employment Social Security
(Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2018.
(2)
This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 14 June 2017.
Amendment of Second Schedule 2.
The Second Schedule to the Act is amended in subsubparagraph 3(2)(a)
by inserting after the words “selected insured daily earning” the words “subject to a minimum amount of thirty ringgit”.
