Peraturan-Peraturan ini disifatkan telah mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 Januari 2018.
Pengeluaran bagi perbelanjaan bagi tahun 2018 2.
Suatu jumlah wang yang tidak melebihi dua puluh dua juta enam ratus enam puluh ribu ringgit (RM22,660,000) hendaklah dikeluarkan daripada Kumpulan Wang
Keselamatan Sosial Pekerjaan Sendiri bagi perbelanjaan untuk pentadbiran
Skim Keselamatan Sosial Pekerjaan Sendiri bagi tahun 2018 sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan dalam Jadual.

SELF-EMPLOYMENT SOCIAL SECURITY (SUPPLY) REGULATIONS 2018
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 47(1)
of the Self-Employment Social Security Act 2017 [Act 789], the Minister makes the following regulations:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Self-Employment Social Security
(Supply)
Regulations 2018.
(2)
These
Regulations are deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2018.
Issue for expenditure for the year 2018 2.
A sum not exceeding twenty-two million six hundred and sixty thousand ringgit
(RM22,660,000) shall be issued out of the Self-Employment Social Security Fund for expenditure on the administration of the Self-Employment Social Security Scheme for the year 2018 as provided in the Schedule.
