Sistem Insurans Pekerjaan (Perbekalan) 2018.

Peraturan-Peraturan ini disifatkan telah mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 Januari 2018.
Pengeluaran bagi perbelanjaan bagi tahun 2018 2.
Suatu jumlah wang yang tidak melebihi satu ratus dua puluh juta lima ratus sembilan puluh ribu ringgit (RM120,590,000) hendaklah dikeluarkan daripada
Kumpulan Wang Insurans Pekerjaan bagi perbelanjaan untuk pentadbiran Sistem
Insurans Pekerjaan bagi tahun 2018 sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan dalam Jadual.

EMPLOYMENT INSURANCE SYSTEM (SUPPLY) REGULATIONS 2018
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 48(1)
of the Employment Insurance System Act 2017 [Act 800], the Minister makes the following regulations:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Employment Insurance System
(Supply)
Regulations 2018.
(2)
These Regulations are deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2018.
Issue for expenditure for the year 2018 2.
A sum not exceeding one hundred and twenty million five hundred and ninety thousand ringgit (RM120,590,000) shall be issued out of the Employment Insurance
Fund for expenditure on the administration of the Employment Insurance System for the year 2018 as provided in the Schedule.
