PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh Fasal
(1) Perkara 122AB Perlembagaan Persekutuan, Yang di-Pertuan Agong yang bertindak atas nasihat Perdana Menteri, selepas berunding dengan Ketua Hakim Negara Mahkamah Persekutuan, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa 1.
(1) Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Keanggotaan Mahkamah Tinggi (Pesuruhjaya Kehakiman) 2018.
(2) Perintah ini disifatkan telah mula berkuat kuasa pada 30 Mac 2018. Pelantikan Pesuruhjaya Kehakiman 2. Orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual telah dilantik menjadi Pesuruhjaya Kehakiman bagi tempoh dua tahun berkuat kuasa mulai 30 Mac 2018.

ALI HAMSA Setiausaha Jemaah Menteri 4 FEDERAL CONSTITUTION CONSTITUTION OF THE HIGH COURTS (JUDICIAL COMMISSIONERS) ORDER 2018 IN exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 122AB of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong acting on the advice of the Prime Minister, after consulting the Chief Justice of the Federal Court, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1. (1) This order may be cited as the Constitution of the High Courts (Judicial Commissioners) Order 2018. (2) This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 30 March 2018. Appointment of Judicial Commissioners 2. The persons named in the Schedule are appointed to be Judicial Commissioners for a period of two years with effect from 30 March 2018.
