Section 1
This Act may be cited as the Oaths and Affirmations
(Amendment)
Act 2024.

) This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette.
Deletion of section 8
Section 2
The Oaths and Affirmations Act 1949 [Act 194] is amended by deleting section 8.
